EXCHANGE & RETURN

Return Policy

www.kataanmall.com return or exchange the products online or in store within 7 days from delivering the parcel.

Damaged or wrong purchased items can be returned but customer has to inform us at UAN:03041118828, WhatsApp:03054440025 or customercare@kataanmall.com as soon as possible after receiving the parcel.

Hand Bags, Jewelry, crafts, gift items and Clearance Sale items are not refundable or exchangeable.

Return or exchange will only be acceptable with the original receipt, original tags and barcode and some proof that shows customer purchased the specific product from Kataan Mall.

Kataan Mall reserves the rights to change the return or exchange policy any time. Any order can be refused to return or exchange with or without giving any reason.

Return Procedure

Customer must inform the Kataan Mall with the reason of return or exchange.

Payment will be returned to Customer’s account after 15 days of receiving the parcel at Kataan Mall. Delivery charges will be paid by Customer increases the amount of Rs. 250/-

Note: Internationally delivered parcels will not be returned or exchanged.
