Order acceptance procedure:
When you placed an order on Kataan Mall, confirmation email will be sent to customer. A verification call or message will also be sent to submitted number. Order will be confirmed after the confirmation on call or message from our UAN or Official WhatsApp (03054440025).
It is also possible that the order you placed is not available but website shows the availability of your order. Sometimes this is due to some data synchronization error and it will take some time to upload on website. So, order will be confirmed after call verification.
