To complete the orders and continue providing services we need to register customers, collecting data such as name, contact details, postal address, payment details etc.

Order acceptance procedure:

When you placed an order on Kataan Mall, confirmation email will be sent to customer. A verification call or message will also be sent to submitted number. Order will be confirmed after the confirmation on call or message from our UAN or Official WhatsApp (03054440025).

It is also possible that the order you placed is not available but website shows the availability of your order. Sometimes this is due to some data synchronization error and it will take some time to upload on website. So, order will be confirmed after call verification.

Third Party Conditions:

Kataan Mall is not responsible for any terms and conditions by third parties providing their services on our eCommerce store. Data submitted to third parties are not covered by our policy. Read their privacy policy and terms and conditions before submitting data on their forms or payment methods.
